Having a trifecta that works together means that members are supported from initial engagement with EO though to forum placement and beyond in their member journey.

EO Strategy Summits are collaborative planning sessions to help chapter boards achieve alignment, momentum, and accountability. Trained EO member facilitators will meet with your chapter board to set chapter priorities and SMART metrics to cultivate a strong chapter trajectory and grow member engagement. By involving your entire board to collaborate on common priorities, you will set the tone for your future with EO and establish a unified board culture.
