Registration is open now! The in-person event is limited to 60 EO members while the virtual experience is open to 70 participants.

WHAT’S INCLUDED?

Participants who elect to attend in person have the option to stay onsite in the Harvard Business School campus residence halls. You’ll walk the hallowed Harvard halls between courses and even have the opportunity to pick up an official Harvard sweatshirt at the student bookstore to show the world that you attended classes at Harvard!

Included in the in-person registration fee:
• Accommodations on the campus of Harvard Business School for the programme’s duration
• All educational sessions and materials, most meals (unless otherwise indicated on the agenda), accommodations for three (3) nights, ground transportation during the event, and most social activities (unless otherwise indicated on the agenda).

For this edition, EO is partnering with two highly sought-after industry experts to bring the content for these learning tracks alive.

 

In The Culture Leader Lab, participants will learn directly from Hilary Corna, CEO of The Human Way, how to up-level their leadership and create work environments where people thrive.

 

Meanwhile, Kayla Barnes, certified brain health coach, will lead participants through the process of maximizing their cognitive health in The Brain Lab.

Registration for EO@INSEAD: Leading a High-Performance Culture is now open in all regions!
Over the course of this three-part programme, members will build their leadership muscles and discover how to cultivate a culture that not only supports success, but dynamically evolves with the latest trends and methods.

 

During this course, you will:

 

• Discover behaviors and skills that support a high-performance culture
• Experiment with the ways leaders increase influence
• Uncover your organization’s culture and identify the ways it impacts your business
• Determine necessary action steps to support cultural evolution

 

EO@INSEAD kicks off 2-4 March 2022 with an in-person component taking place at the INSEAD Singapore Campus. Following the three-day intensive programme, participants will work virtually for the interim months before coming together again at the INSEAD Fontainebleau Campus in France from 12-14 October 2022.

Entrepreneurs are drinking from the fire hose, advancing their businesses on many fronts simultaneously. Disciplined Entrepreneurship author Bill Aulet gives entrepreneurs a pathway to follow from conceptualization to running a successful, thriving enterprise. In this presentation, Bill discusses mentoring hundreds of entrepreneurs over the past 13 years at MIT using his 24-step process.
 
Speaker Bio:
Bill Aulet is changing the way entrepreneurship is understood, taught, and practiced around the world. Bill is an award-winning educator and author who began his career 25 years ago at IBM where he worked for 12 years before leaving corporate life to become a three-time serial entrepreneur. During this time, Bill directly raised over $100 million in funding and created $100s of millions of dollars of shareholder value through his companies.
 
Since he became director of the Martin Trust Center in 2009, Bill has lead the development of entrepreneurship education across MIT. Bill's first book, Disciplined Entrepreneurship, released in August 2013, has been translated into over 22 languages and has been the content for three online edX courses which have been taken by hundreds of thousands of people in 199 different countries. The accompanying follow-on book, Disciplined Entrepreneurship Workbook, was released in April 2017. Bill has widely published in in places such as the Wall Street Journal, TechCrunch, the Boston Globe, the Sloan Management Review, the Kauffman Foundation, Entrepreneur Magazine, MIT Sloan Experts and more. He has been a featured speaker on shows such as CNBC’s Squawk Box, BBC News, Bloomberg News as well as at events and conferences around the world.
